Meet Our Owner

Cakery Zivine is a small black-owned bakery in Washington run by Zymira Lofland. Zymira’s passion for baking led to the formation of this company. She has spent years perfecting the recipes and is now sharing them with the community. She retired as a chef at a young age to raise her four children and started her own business. She has been in the bakery business for five years and only three years ago launched the Cakery Zivine.

Zymira’s expertise and experience have allowed us to build strong relationships with customers. She believes If we put our faith in God and work hard with determination, our abilities will take us far; her business is a true example of success.
